Welcome to the Glebe Practice Surgery website.

We hope you find this site useful and informative; We shall continually update the website and make any improvements which may be necessary. If there is any information you wish to be included on this site, we will happily consider it, just let us know.

The Glebe Practice serves the whole of Saxilby as well as its surrounding villages. We are based over two sites with the main surgery at Saxilby and the branch surgery at Skellingthorpe.

We aim to provide our patients with the best possible healthcare. We do this by having a team-based approach which involves all our staff including the attached group of District Nurses, Health visitors, Midwives, Physiotherapists and Podiatry services.

Our team includes five GPs,five Practice nurses, two Healthcare assistants as well as our administration, secretarial, reception and dispensing staff.

Both sites are very user friendly towards disabled patients with off road car parking facilties and at Saxilby we have a wheelchair for patient use.

In line with our contract with the NHS we provide full general practice services from 0800hrs until 1830 hrs Monday to Friday. We also provide a travel immunisation service and are registered to provide Yellow Fever vaccinations.
